Sales Manager – Altius Corporate

Location: Preston Dock | Office based | Hours: Full time | 8.45 am – 5.15 pm | Mon-Fri (with alternating Thurs or Fri 3.45 pm finish)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 a year

Job Summary
Altius Corporate, part of the award-winning Altius Group, is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our team of Dealmakers responsible for SME business sales across the UK

This is a full-time, office-based role at Preston Docks HQ. Candidates must live within a 40-minute commute

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of Dealmakers
• Drive KPI delivery and sales performance
• Support deal progression and negotiation stages
• Improve CRM discipline and process effectiveness
• Conduct regular coaching and development sessions

What we are looking for:

• Strong B2B sales background with proven results
• Demonstrated leadership capability
• Target-driven and commercially minded
• Excellent communication skills
• HubSpot knowledge desirable
• M&A experience desirable but not essential
• Must live within 40 minutes of Preston Docks (PR2)
