Responsibilities
Manage office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes.·
Generating and sending invoices to clients
· Support and liaise with legal team to deliver amendments to Terms and Conditions
· Manage, monitor and report all KPI’s that directly link to performance
· Manage the e-contract/Panda Docs process
· Directly inputting leads onto the CRM system
· Managing a number of Lead Generation mailboxes
· Provide daily update stats that are to be delivered to the Board
· Call recordings – listening to, and sending call recordings where relevant
· Proactively preparing bundles and packages ahead of business appraisal meetings
· Supporting the admin tasks of our Associate Directors
· Undertake a central role in quality checks and compliance Admin project work
About You/You will have:
· Proven record of Admin and IT skills.
· The ability to communicate with all key stakeholders, employees, and clients both internally and externally.
· Ability to work to deadlines, KPI’s and set targets.
· Proven track record of organising and planning skills.
· Ability to work proactively and on your own initiative.
· Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, Excel, Word, Outlook.
· Takes initiative to plan workload and to support to the team success.
· Flexible with a can-do attitude
