Altius Group employee raises £715 for British Heart Foundation

We are delighted to announce that Kerry Ashby from Altius Group’s marketing department has recently raised £715 for British Heart Foundation. She started her challenge with a goal to raise £300 but with immense support from her well-wishers, friends, family and colleagues, she has proudly raised £715.

The charity, British Heart Foundation raises awareness and funds for heart and circulatory diseases, investing money into research and cures.

Kerry, Altius Group’s Marketing Executive, took part in BHF’S fundraising challenge in April and ran an impressive 100km throughout the month for the charity event.

Kerry undertook the challenge in loving memory of her father, who sadly passed away 5 years ago from heart disease.

Kerry explained: “I decided to do this for my dad and raise money for him. I’ve made so many friends from this as others are undertaking the challenge and everyone has similar stories. I’m so grateful for everyone that helped raise the amazing amount that we did, and I am glad it goes towards making a difference”.
