Altius Group Welcomes New Contact Centre Director
Altius Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Whiteside as Contact Centre Director.
Altius Group Limited, the UK’s leading group of boutique business brokers, have appointed Cherie Noy as the Head of Strategic Projects.
Cherie joins Altius Group with a career spanning over 35 years across operations, human resources, health and safety and training. Her diverse background includes roles in charities, global brands and smaller business across various industries, such as retail, printing and childcare. Her extensive experience will prove invaluable in her new role, where she will focus on improving operational efficiency and supporting the group’s service delivery.
As Head of Strategic Projects, Cherie will initially work closely with Altius Group’s implementation partner to integrate CRM platform HubSpot within the operations department, enhancing the client experience through streamlining processes and providing a uniform view of clients at every stage of their journey.
Cherie joins following a record month for Altius Group, recently named the 9th most active dealmaker in the UK.
