Altius Group Appoints Head of Contact Centre

Altius Group Limited, the UK’s leading group of boutique business brokers, is delighted to announce the appointment of Roy Wade to the newly created role of Head of Contact Centre.

Roy brings with him a 30-year career spanning media, commercial property and sports marketing. Most recently, Roy served as Chief Revenue Officer at BD Sport Group.

His track record includes roles such as Head of Sales for Retail Merchant Services, Sales Director for RVA Surveyors Ltd, and Sales Director for an out-of-home media company with offices in London and Cheshire.

Notably, Roy has successfully scaled teams from eight to over 100 full-time employees, showcasing his expertise in building and managing high-performing sales operations.

In his new role at Altius Group, Roy will leverage his extensive experience to strengthen the business’s contact centre operations. He will work closely with the lead generation department to expand the group’s sales capabilities, collaborating with the Sales Director to drive growth and enhance service quality in alignment with Altius Group’s ambitious 2025 growth plans.

Roy’s appointment comes at an exciting time for Altius Group, which recently celebrated a record-breaking month and achieved recognition as the 9^th most active dealmaker in the UK.
